At Bloom Well, the one-on-one consultations are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Grounded in health education, professional training and clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, my holistic coaching focuses on lifestyle, mindset and sustainable habits to help women feel balanced, energized and supported through every stage of life.
The goal of each session is you, your goals, and your well-being. Each session provides the space, grace and pace necessary for growth, blending the knowledge and experience from my more than two decade long career in health care with a holistic, compassionate, coaching-centered approach - designed just for you.
